User guide for delivery tracking through the web portal
Delivery Tracking
In this screen, you can view the delivery history, as well as filter this information by user, zone, or delivery results.
You can also download an Excel file with details on each delivery by clicking on Download.

By clicking on a delivery, you'll see the Delivery details, which include:
- The delivery's status
- Information on payment, balance, and billing.
- A timeline of the delivery's history.
- An Interactive map to view the delivery's location.
- Photos and signatures (if collected by the delivery user).
- A table of the delivered products and their status (complete, partial, not delivered).
- Easy access options like comments, printing tickets, downloads, etc.
The Delivery tracking feature shows all delivery information in an orderly and accessible screen.

In the same screen, you'll find the Timeline feature, where you'll see delivery attempts in order:

Delivery summary via email
You can also view and receive delivery information via email. You'll just need to set up notification recipients, where you'll select which email addresses will get an email summary of operations performed using Handy.

User activity
By clicking on the user's name, either in the previous screen or in the users list, you'll be able to see their activity from that day:

Just like with other reports, you can filter this information by date range.
