Canceling routes

If you ever program a route for the wrong user, you can easily delete it. To do so, simply follow these steps:


Important: You can only cancel a route if the assigned user hasn’t completed any sales or deliveries yet.


To cancel a route, go to *Manage sales and delivery routes*, then click on the route you wish to cancel, and click on *Cancel*.



The orders assigned to that route will still be available to be assigned again to a new route. This doesn't alter the client's balances, and unassigned products are restocked.


Once the cancelation is competed, the app will ask the mobile user to sync their device.
