Creating users

There are two ways to create users in Handy: either *individually* or using a template to create them in *bulk*. This article will go over both options.


Individually


Go to the Users menu on the left side of your screen:



Now, click on *+ Create*, then on *Add new* to add a new user:



Handy will then show you the screen where you'll enter your user's information:




In bulk


You can also create users in bulk using a template. This will save you time and allow you to create many users at once.



Click on the *Create or edit with Excel template.* You can upload this template with existing data to edit the users you already have or download an empty one to start from scratch.



You’ll need to add each user’s name, email, role, password, zone, phone number, and type of user. You can also include optional comments or tags. The template also has a column to indicate whether the user is enabled or disabled.



Once you've added all information to the template, save the document and upload it to Handy. Now, your users have been successfully created!
