Delivery results
The delivery results report can help you optimize routes, control inventory, analyze costs, and detect problems early on. Overall, the breakdown of these results can help you guarantee on-time delivery, increase customer loyalty, and increase your company's profits.
*🔴 These results will impact your delivery metrics and are manually selected by users at the end of each delivery.*
To define the delivery results you'll work with, go to *Delivery results* in the main menu.

There, you'll find some predetermined results, such as:
🟢 *Delivered on time* and *Delivered late* are marked as *positively effective*.
🔴 However, *Client didn't pay,* and *Store was closed* are marked as *negatively effective*.
You can modify these results to fit your company's needs.

To add a new result, click on *+ Add*, which will show a screen where you'll give your result a name and determine if it's considered effective or not.
