Disable or edit clients
If a client gets disabled, they won't be able to have visits or sales programmed or registered. Disabled clients will not be visible to users in the mobile app.
IMPORTANT: As clients are not deleted, they will still be visible for history reports.
There are two ways to disable clients: either individually or in bulk.
Individually
Select *Clients* in the main menu:

Identify the client you want to disable and click on the edit button:

When editing the client, check off the *Enabled* box:

Click on the *Save* button. Now, the client has been disabled.
In bulk
In the client's menu, click on *+ Add*, then select *Clients with Excel template*:

Download the Excel template. Make sure to click on *Include current data* before downloading, to ensure that your client's information is included in the template. Once you've downloaded the template, find which client (or clients) you want to disable, and in the *Enabled* column, write the word *NO*. This will disable the client.
Once you've made all necessary changes, save the template and upload it back to Handy.

In Step 2, you'll see that the box *Ignore balance column* is selected. This is to ensure that *no unwanted changes are made to your client's balances.*
