Disable or edit products

In the Handy app, products cannot be deleted, but they can be enabled or disabled. When disabled, they won't be visible to mobile users, but the traceability of information is maintained.

You can disable products one by one or in bulk.

One by one

In the Main Menu tab, select *Products*.

Click on the *edit* button of the product you wish to disable.

Remove the checkmark ✔️ from the "Enabled" option to disable this product.

Don't forget to click on Save to apply your changes.

Bulk

On the *Products* menu, select + Add new, then import your products list from Excel.

Download the product template by selecting the *Include current data* option.

In this template, find the header called *Enable* and write *NO* on each row to disable the products.

Once you have indicated which products you want to disable, save the file, go back to Handy, and select the option I have the template. Then, load the file where you made all modifications.

Once you've uploaded this file, all the products you marked with a "NO" will be disabled. All modified data will also be updated when uploading this file.

IMPORTANT: Make sure you don't modify the product's code, or these will be duplicated.
