Disable users

Handy users, like all information in general, are not deleted, but they are *Enabled* or *Disabled*.

To disable a user, go to the menu on the left side of your screen and select "Users".

Select the user you wish to disable or "delete" and click *Edit User*.

Once you've selected the user, click on the "Enabled" checkbox to enable or disable the user, whichever you wish for the user status to be.

To finish, click on the *Update* button to save any changes made.

Disabled users don't generate a cost, and we recommend keeping them logged out.
