Goals by new leads

In this report, you can establish lead objectives and goals for each salesperson.


You'll find it in the Reports and Goals section, under Goals:



Create new leads goals for each of your salespeople:



For example: if Marcus has to find 5 new leads in the next week, we can set it up this way:


1.- Select the 7 days that Marcus has to create new leads:



2.- Select the name of the user and select the number of leads. Remember to click on *Create* to save the goal.



Objective progress


To check on your user's progress and see if they accomplished their established goal:


Filter the dates according to the time period you set for each goal.


*Don't forget to refresh so you can see the filter's results.*



The column *New leads goal* shows how many "new clients" we wanted the user to find.


The column **Compliance **shows how much progress the user has made on the goal you set for them.


In this case, our goal for this user was to find 5 new leads. By the time we checked, the report shows they've found 0 leads, which is why Compliance is showing a progress of 0%.
