How to link forms to the end of a visit

Forms can be shown to mobile users after finishing a visit, depending on the visit's results, so they can be answered by the user.

First, you'll need to create a form according to your needs.

After you've created your forms, click on *Visit results* on the main menu:

Here, you'll see the possible visit results.

In this example, all visit results have an assigned form, except for one (Registered sale). We'll edit this form by clicking on the edit icon, which will allow us to select the form we wish to link to this visit result:

In the *Form* field, choose which form you want to link to this visit result:

After linking the form to the visit result, every time a user ends a visit with that result, the Handy app will show them the form you selected, which they'll need to answer.
