Limit products available for price lists

Some companies prefer to separate their clients in a way that not all of them are able to access the company's full product catalog. If your company works this way, there's a setting you can enable to control which products your salespeople can offer to your clients. To enable it, go to *Settings*, then click on the *Orders* tab, and enable the setting:

In order to use this setting, you must have at least one price list created. If you're not familiar with price lists yet, we recommend that you read this article first: How do price lists work?

If the setting is enabled, when creating an order for a client with an assigned price list, the salesperson will only be able to see the products included in the price list. The app will show them a message specifying that they're only seeing certain products.

*What if the client doesn't have an assigned price list?*

The salesperson will see the entire product catalog when creating the client's order.

*What if the client doesn't have an assigned price list, but I choose one when creating the order?*

The salesperson will be able to sell from the full catalog, respecting the price list prices.
