Send a copy of the order to the client by email

Do you want your clients to have a copy of their order? Handy can help you with this, and in this article, we'll teach you how to do it.


In the web portal, go to *Settings*, and select *Orders*. There, enable the setting called *When capturing an order, send a copy of the order to the client by email.*



To define which address will receive these emails, go to the client's profile and click on *Edit*. Then, select *Emails* and click on *+ Add*. Here, you can type in the client's email address:



Once you've added the client's email address, you'll see a table with the address's relevant information, such as creation date, last update, status, and whether it's enabled or not:



You can add up to five email addresses per client. The email will be sent to all of them.
