Syncing the mobile app

Syncing helps us send information from the mobile app to the web portal and vice versa, helping us keep the two connected.

Syncing is very easy. Go to *Profile* in the bottom left corner of your screen:

There, click on *Sync*:

If the syncing process is working correctly, you'll see this screen while it's loading:

The Handy app and the web portal constantly send each other *real-time* information when the devices have a good internet connection. If they don't, they will automatically try to sync every 3 hours.
