Users can print quotes

Handy can allow salespeople to print quotes as tickets.


This allows you to give a better service to potential clients who don't buy on the first visit but are interested in analyzing your prices and later decide if they want to buy from you.


*You can print a ticket with your quote for them.*


Sales receipts and quote tickets look similar, but have a different title and subtitle:



It's a possible risk that a bad-intentioned person could pass off a sales receipt as a quote ticket and collect payment for a sale that's not recorded in Handy.


To avoid this risk altogether, you can deactivate the option to print quote tickets in your Company Settings:


Go to Company Settings, the Tickets, then click off "Users can print quotes".
