Why can't I see my orders?

In the "orders" screen, results are filtered in two ways: for company administrators and for supervisors.

Supervisors will only be able to see the orders generated by their team. Only the orders made by users in their same zone will be visible.
Administrators are able to see all orders generated in the company.

It's important to make sure that both administrators and supervisors have an assigned zone. Without an assigned zone, they won't be able to see any orders.
