Import prices by client
In Handy's web portal, go to the Main menu and select Products.
There, you'll see a list of your enabled products. Click on Import prices by customer:

This feature acknowledges that each client is unique and has their own specific needs. In some cases, if a client is buying more of a certain product, you have the option to offer them a special price on that product.
To use this feature, go to Settings:
In the Orders tab, you'll find two options you can select:

To create new price lists, follow these simple steps:
Click on the "Price lists" menu to create a price list.
You can also click here: create a price list.
Add the prices to your list. You can do this one by one, or you can add pricePocos lectoresProduct families and categories
Every product must belong to a product Family, but the Category is optional, and you can decide not to use it if it's of no value to you.
Let's see an example of how to use these two grouping tools.

In the Main Menu tab, select Products.
Click on the edit button of the product you wish to disable.

To import products in bulk to a price list, you need to follow the next steps:
Create a new price list in the Price Lists menu
Create a new price list
Click on + Create New Price List. You'll need to give it a name and a brief description.
Once you've created a new list, click on Add new, then select Product prices from Excel.

Creating new units of measurement
To create and see your existing units of measurement, go to Main menu Units of measurement.
In this screen, you can view and edit units of measurement, as well as create new ones. To do so, click on Create.

We give you the option to respect the client's special prices and assigned price lists and apply promotion discounts over these special prices instead of regular prices.

If a client has a price list assigned, these prices will be prioritized over the general prices defined in the product catalog.
First, you need to create a price list with a code and name that lets you easily identify each. Then, assign the products included in the list with their corresponding price. This can be done one by one or through the client template.

It's possible that some phone screens don't show all digits, but if you entered your products with 6 decimals, that's how they're saved in our database and how all calculations will be performed.

When creating an order, it can be hard to find the products we're looking for exact products you're looking for, more so if you have products with similar names and presentations.
