Require two-step authentication for company administrators via email

If your company operates fully based on route sales, you can disable this setting to prevent salespeople from registering presale orders.

Handy's collections module allows you to keep track of money movements in your company.
Handy can track your customers' balances, keeping a record of the total amounts each customer owes.
On the Clients screen, the Balance section will show you this information. This section can be found on the screen where you edit the client's information.

Geolocalized charges 📍
Just like other features in the Handy app, the location of charges can also be tracked.
You can view this information in the User activity map and in the Timeline

Even further, Handy lets you set it up so that, when creating an order, the user can only see the products for which the client has a special price set.
These prices can be seen in the product's Prices per client tab, when looking at the product detaPocos lectoresPresale orders reduce the company's inventory
If you already have a company inventory loaded, you can enable a setting that allows for the orders placed by your users to modify this inventory.
To enable this, go to your company Settings, then click Orders:

To switch to your company's logo, go to settings on the left side of your screen:
There, you'll see the Handy logo, with an icon at the bottom labeled Change logo:

It's important for users to always have the latest update of the Handy app on their devices. This way, they will always have the most updated services and amenities that Handy has for its users.
To make sure that users always have the latest version of the Handy app, you can set up the following Settings found on the General section:

Handy can allow salespeople to print quotes as tickets.
This allows you to give a better service to potential clients who don't buy on the first visit but are interested in analyzing your prices and later decide if they want to buy from you.
You can print a ticket with your quote for them.
Sales receipts and quote tickets look similar, but have a different title and subtitle:

When enabling this option, each new client that is registered from the mobile app will be labeled as a Mobile client, meaning that you can log visits for the same client in different geographic locations.
Mobile client: it refers to a client that doesn't have a specific location or address where their visits are registered. You can register visits in theirPocos lectoresRequire administrators to change their password every 90 days
You can enable it by going to Settings General
After enabling this setting, all current passwords will be valid for 90 days, and after they pass, Handy will ask users to change their passwords.
