Load inventory per user
To load inventory for a route sales user, go to Manage sales and delivery routes.
Then, select the option New Assignment → New Route

There are two ways to create users in Handy: either individually or using a template to create them in bulk. This article will go over both options.
Individually
Go to the Users menu on the left side of your screen:
Now, click on + Create, then on Add new to add a new user:

Handy allows you to add new orders to a previously established delivery route. Just follow these steps:
First and most importantly, the user needs to accept the initial load, or you won't be able to add any more orders.
Once the user has accepted it, you need to go to the routes tab and click on Add products or orders. (The button will be blue if applicable)

When someone on your team gets a new mobile device, you need to follow some steps for them to be able to access the Handy app again.
Before registering them, make sure that Handy is correctly installed with automatic updates enabled, and that the permissions for installing other apps and using the device comply with your company’s policies
Once the Handy app is correctly installed on the new device, log in to the web portal as an administrator, and go to Users:

To disable a user, go to the menu on the left side of your screen and select "Users".
Select the user you wish to disable or "delete" and click Edit User.

You'll need to log in to your Handy account through the web portal. On the right side, you'll see your username. Click on your username, then click Edit user.

There are four types of users you can assign in Handy:
Route sales
Promoter
Presales
Delivery
You can select the user type in the user data section when editing a user.
While the app permissions for each user are mostly the same, the main differences lie in how they execute certain processes in the field. Below is a detailed explanation of each type:

When you create new data in the Handy mobile app—such as a new order, form response, or client visit—this information is sent to the web portal in real time, as long as you have a stable internet connection.
Similarly, when new data is added on the web portal, such as new clients, it syncs to the mobile app in real time, provided the mobile device has a reliable internet connection.

In Handy, it's possible to add a photo to the user's profile to make them easier to identify from the web portal, in the user's profile, and in the forms answers report:

Name and last name: The user's full name, to help you identify them.
Email: The user's email address. Their email will be used to receive summaries, recover their password if necessary, log in to the Handy app, and it will also double as their username.

When a mobile user logs in to the Handy app using their mobile phone, the app automatically retrieves the phone's IMEI and assigns it to this user. This is done to make sure it's not possible to log in from multiple phones.

Every time a user logs in to the mobile app, we register which device they used so that both administrators and Handy have a record of which users are actually using Handy.
The device change notification is useful for administrators and supervisors who need to be aware of any changes to devices.
This notification will allow you to:
Ensure that users are using the company-provided devices and not other unofficial devices.

Before assigning a new device, we need to unassign the previous device by following these steps:

On the web portal, you have the option to send a message to your users' devices:
The company administrator can send messages to their mobile users. This is a one-way communication channel, so mobile users can't reply to this message.

The end-of-route process is an essential step for operations based on route sales and on-board inventory sales.
When performing the end-of-route process, we're assuming that the inventory allocation process has already been completed.
However, there are times when the seller has not completely sold all of their merchandise.
