4 tips to start you Handy trial

We usually get asked where to start when using Handy. Here are 4 tips we give to everyone who's just starting!sta solución para ti. 


  1. Look into the app yourself. It's much easier to ask your sales team to perform a task you know well. Master how to record visits and create an order from the mobile app.
  2. Work on mastering one process per day/week. Start by studying and mastering only the visit record before heading onto anything new. We recommend looking into a new process only until you've mastered the last one.
  3. Assign someone to monitor the trial. This might be the most valuable tip. Ideally, this person would be you, but if you don't have time, ask someone on your team to keep an eye on Handy and how it's working for you. A Handyman!
  4. Openly communicate with your team what you expect from this trial. Talk to them about what processes you're looking into, what's important to you, and how they'll be evaluated.
