Asset management

Some companies lend out their assets to their clients, like fridges, displays, etc. You can manage these assets and measure their productivity.


Start by registering your assets by going into the Main menu:




Asset models

First, you need to register your asset's model:



You'll need to add a description and define a productivity goal, which will help you see if the asset assigned to a client matches their sales performance, allowing you to avoid assigning valuable assets to clients with low sales.



Assets

Once you've created your asset models, you can start registering your assets:


Here, you'll need to define the model and the description of the asset. You can also add the asset's serial number, barcode, and upload a photo. These are optional but can be very helpful when managing assets from the mobile app.



Assigning assets

Once you've created your assets, you can assign them to your clients. You can do this from the web portal by selecting the asset and clicking on Client assignment:


Handy will give you suggestions of clients with good sales to assign them an asset.



From the mobile app

In the client's details, you can click on Assets:



If the client has an assigned asset, you can select it and make changes. To do this, you'll need to be visiting the client at the moment.


In the web portal, you can supervise the comments, photos, and updates your users have made on assets. Select the asset of your interest and click on the **Comments ** tab:



Asset productivity

According to the productivity goal you set previously, the asset will be considered productive or unproductive, depending on the sales of the client the asset was assigned to.

You can see the asset's productivity, as well as its status in the Asset screen:
