Can Handy be used without an internet connection?

The Handy app is designed to be used on mobile devices with a data plan that allows you to always have an internet connection. This will let you make the most out of all of Handy's features.

However, this doesn't mean that Handy can't work without an internet connection. Handy can also be used if the device isn't connected to the internet, but some of its features will not work properly (real-time location, form location, visits, and real-time data upload). Handy includes features that allow collected data to continue being sent after it’s recorded, even if there was no internet connection at the time.

In summary, we recommend that you use Handy with a stable internet connection, but you can continue working if the device is disconnected from the internet, as long as you reconnect shortly.
