Canceling routes

If you ever program a route for the wrong user, you can easily delete it. To do so, simply follow these steps:


Important: You can only cancel a route if the assigned user hasn’t completed any sales or deliveries yet.


To cancel a route, go to Manage sales and delivery routes, then click on the route you wish to cancel, and click on Cancel.




The orders assigned to that route will still be available to be assigned again to a new route. This doesn't alter the client's balances, and unassigned products are restocked.


Once the cancelation is competed, the app will ask the mobile user to sync their device.
