Client activity
The client activity report can help you identify if any of your clients aren't being assisted, if they haven't been visited, or have no orders or forms. We recommend that you keep track of your clients to avoid losing them.
You can find this report in Reports and Goals:
After clicking on Client Activity, you'll see that you can view this report using several filters, such as dates, zones, type of order, etc. You can use these filters to organize the report's information as you need it.
The report also shows the last visit for each client and, if they have any orders, visits, or forms, displays how many of each occurred within the dates selected in your filters.
