Client balance

To see the client's balance details, click on the client and select the Balance tab:

In this tab, you'll see all movements that affect the client's balance (orders, payments, manual adjustments, etc.).

You'll also see who made each movement, what type of movement it was, when it was made, and other relevant information:

The most useful columns in this screen are Movement and Method.

In them, you'll see which type of movement affected the client's balance. It could be an order, a change in the order, a payment, or a manual adjustment, among others.

You'll also see the by which method the movement was recorded. It could be through the web portal, through the app, by check, or other means, depending on the type of movement.

Orders taken in the app as cash sales will not be reflected on this screen.

The ID and Status columns also give you valuable information. The ID will show you a unique number for that transaction, and the Status will tell you if the movement was an edit or if it's an active movement. For example:

The payment 18606728 was edited, therefore creating the active payment 18642603. Payment 18606728 is now inactive, but you can still click on it and see the payment details.

You can use the ID to identify the movement, then head to the Payments report, find the payment ID, and view the details on the payment.

Mobile users will also be able to view their client's balance in the mobile app by clicking on the client's details:
