Clients created from the device are mobile clients

When enabling this option, each new client that is registered from the mobile app will be labeled as a Mobile client, meaning that you can log visits for the same client in different geographic locations.

Mobile client: it refers to a client that doesn't have a specific location or address where their visits are registered. You can register visits in their house, a café, or any other place. Meaning, they have no formal specific location.

This can also be used for clients whom you normally visit in the same place, but sometimes ask you to visit somewhere else.

Aside from enabling this setting, you can also set a client as a mobile client from their master data:

An alternative to this option is to register all possible visit locations for each client, but this complicates the process of generating a visit schedule.

🔴 Important notice: Regardless of which of these options is enabled, the location of both the visit and the orders will be recorded to verify whether the events are taking place at the client’s location.

The client's location and the visit location will be shown on the map separately.

Real life example #1

Martha coordinates a sales team for a well-known brand of perfumes and cosmetics. She uses Handy.

Sometimes she visits her clients at their homes, other times at restaurants or gatherings where she sees several clients, or even at her own home.

Every time Martha registers a new client on Handy, she registers them as Mobile clients, as she's unsure where she'll visit them next.

Real life example #2

Mario usually visits his client at their headquarters.

Recently, his client asked him to visit them at one of their warehouses to provide training to their staff.

But on Handy's schedule, Mario has a planned visit to the headquarters.

By marking this client as mobile, Mario can now visit this client at the headquarters and at the warehouse, and the visit will be recorded correctly in his schedule.
