Creating clients individually from the web portal

It's important for Handy's sales processes that you register your clients and their information. This information is used to plan visits, register sales, and many other processes.


There are two ways to create clients in Handy: individually or in bulk using a template. This article will show you how to create clients individually.


Important: Adding the zone is mandatory to create a client. We recommend that you have those already set up.


Creating clients individually


On the Handy web portal, go to the Company menu 🏢 and select Customers.


On this screen, you'll see Enabled Customers. Click on + Add new. From the options displayed, click Customer.




Handy will show you a screen where you can add all of your client's information. Remember, the more information you add, the more your salespeople will know about your client, helping them give a better service.

When you finish adding the client's information, make sure to click on "Save" to store all information correctly.
