Dynamic forms

Dynamic forms can be used in many ways. They can be created in the web portal and answered by users in the mobile app.


Dynamic forms change based on the user’s responses, directing them to specific follow-up questions depending on their answers.


For example, you could create a form that follows this format:




Important information:


  1. All questions would have Section 1 in common, meaning that all questions corresponding to Section 1 will always be shown in the form.
  2. Questions not belonging to Section 1 will stay hidden unltil an option from "List of options" is selected and reveals the next question.
  3. Only answers from "List of options" can show or hide other sections, by adding the text |show_section|section number after the option.

For example, in this case, if the user selects "Client would like to be visited monthly", Section 2 and Section 4 will remain hidden, and the user will only see Section 3, where they will specify which day of the month the client wants to schedule a visit.


In the "List of options", this option is written as:

Client would like to be visited monthly|show_section|3
