In Handy, we know it's important for you to have control over how your clients are organized, which is why we implemented assigning a different color to each zone, making them easier to visualize in the map.

To assign each zone a color, go to Zones in the Main menu.

Then, to assign each zone a color, click on the zone you want to edit:

Then, select the color you want to assign to the zone.

Back in the zones menu, you'll be able to see the colors assigned to each zone:

Zoning

In the zoning tool, each of the client's colors will be displayed, and will be shown in the map with their corresponding color:

Mobile app

In the mobile app's map, mobile users will be able to filter their assigned zone in order to only see the clients corresponding to a certain zone, or filter to see several clients at once.

To filter by zones, they have to click on the following icon and then select the zones they want to filter:

In the app, just like in the web portal's zoning tool, each client will be displayed with the color assigned to their corresponding zone.
