How can I change my password?

In this article, we'll guide you through changing your password while ensuring your information remains protected. Please, follow these steps to change your password:

You'll need to log in to your Handy account through the web portal. On the right side, you'll see your username. Click on your username, then click Edit user.

This will take you to your personal information, where you can find a box labeled Password.

🔴 Erase the current text, then type in your new password. Administrator passwords must have at least 16 characters and at least two types of the following characters:

Upper case letters
Lower case letters
Numbers
Special characters (such as !, @, #, etc.)

After typing in your new password, click on save.

After, it's important that you log out and log back in to the web portal and the mobile app using your new password.
