How Often Is My Data Synced?

When you create new data in the Handy mobile app—such as a new order, form response, or client visit—this information is sent to the web portal in real time, as long as you have a stable internet connection.


Similarly, when new data is added on the web portal, such as new clients, it syncs to the mobile app in real time, provided the mobile device has a reliable internet connection.


In addition, the app performs an automatic background sync every three hours, to ensure that both the mobile app and the web portal remain up to date without requiring any action from you.


These syncs only transmit changes—new data or modifications—to help conserve mobile data usage and battery life.
