How to add a notification recipient
A notification is an email sent to let you know that something has been finalized, such as an order being placed, a delivery being completed, or a visit being concluded.
If you're interested in setting up who can receive these types of notifications, you need to go into the settings screen on Handy's web portal. You can find it on the bottom left part of your screen with a gear icon. ⚙️
Then select the Notifications tab:
Now, click on the following button, which allows you to add new notification recipients:
There, you can determine who gets notified and what they get notified about. Finally, click on the Save button to save the changes made.
If you want a certain Form to be sent to a specific user, this is very simple to set up. Go into the notification recipients, select Forms, pick from the list of available forms that will be displayed, and select which users you want these to be sent to.
This is especially useful if you want a service survey to go to Customer Service, while a billing form to go only to Credit.
