How to add user information
Here, we'll go over each field required when creating a new user, either individually or using a template in Excel.
- Name and last name: The user's full name, to help you identify them.
- Email: The user's email address. Their email will be used to receive summaries, recover their password if necessary, log in to the Handy app, and it will also double as their username.
- Role: Handy allows you to control your operation with users under five types of roles:
Master data manager
Company administrator
Inventory manager
Supervisor
Mobile user

- Password: With a minimum of 12 characters. The password can be alphanumeric, for example, Handy1234567.
- Zones: These are the zones where the user has their clients assigned.
- Phone number: The user's working phone number, where they'll receive alerts and notifications.
- Enabled: If the user is enabled, they will be able to access Handy. Here, you must write YES for enabled or NO for disabled. If the user is disabled, they won't have access to the app. In Handy, users are not deleted, but they can be disabled.
- Type of user: There are four types of users that you can choose from:
Presale
Sale on the road
Promoter
Delivery (can pre-sell)
