Import prices by client

In order to start this process, it's important that you have already created your products.


In Handy's web portal, go to the Main menu and select **Products. **



There, you'll see a list of your enabled products. Click on Import prices by customer:



This will take you to a screen where you'll be able to download an Excel template. In the first step, you'll download the template either empty or with your current information. Once you've decided if you want to include current data, click on Download.



After downloading, you'll see a screen reminding you which fields on the template are mandatory. Click on Continue.




Open the template using Excel. Add your new data or edit existing data.


In the Code column, please add the product's code:




In the Product **and **Client fields, you can add their information, but these fields are not mandatory.



Remember not to add or erase any columns or change their names. You'll need to use the template as is; otherwise, Handy won't be able to recognize it and will be unable to import your data.


Once you've added all your information to the template, save it and upload it back to Handy. After uploading it, Handy will analyze it and give you a summary of the changes being made. Handy will also let you know if there are any mistakes on your template.





If there are no mistakes, click on Apply, and your prices will be ready.
