Importing templates

To import a template, please follow these steps:

In this article, we'll use the template to import products as an example; however, all templates follow fairly similar steps.

First, download the template:

Then, carefully read the specifications each template has, and make sure which fields are mandatory. For example, the template used to import products:

Fill out the template with the necessary information. Remember not to change any of the template's headers or column titles.

After filling out the template, download it and upload it back to Handy.

Handy will then perform an analysis of the template and show you a summary. If the template has any mistakes, Handy will let you know by highlighting them in red and specifying what caused the error in the template's last column.

If there are no mistakes, just apply the changes! 🎉

There's no need to change or edit the template's format. Handy will recognize xls and xlsx formats.
