There are three ways to load your company's inventory into Handy: on the Products tab, using an Excel template to upload in bulk, or directly in the Company Inventory section.

Edit inventory individually through the web portal:

Search for the product in the search bar or in the product menu:

Once you've selected the product, click on edit:

When editing the product, you'll have the option to edit the total amount of units in existence:

Go to Company Inventories in the Main Menu:

Then, click on Warehouse inventory, where you'll have two options. Click on Import inventory with template.

This process consists of four steps:

Step 1: Choose how you want to download your template.

You can either:

• Download an empty template to upload your inventory from scratch, or
• Download a template with your current data to edit your existing inventory.

You can also choose to include disabled items in the file.

Note: The Code, Description, and Family fields are required. You can also use this template to apply taxes to your products.

Step 2: Fill in the template with your data and upload it back to Handy.

Step 3: Handy will analyze the file and display a summary of all detected changes.

If any errors are found, Handy will indicate exactly where they occurred so you can correct them.

Step 4: Once the upload is successful and no errors remain, you can return to your inventory and review the updates.

Edit inventory directly:

Click on Company Inventories in the Main Menu:

Now, click on Warehouse inventory, then click on Edit inventory:

This will take you to another screen, where you’ll click + Add, search for the product you’re interested in, and update its inventory, either to increase or decrease its stock:

Once the inventory adjustment has been added, it will be visible from the edit screen. After completing all the changes, simply click Save, and the inventory will be updated.
