New prospect objectives

In this report, you can establish prospecting objectives and goals for each salesperson.


You'll find it in the Reports section, inside the general catalog:




Create prospecting objectives for each of your salespeople:



For example: if Luis has to prospect 5 new clients in the next 2 weeks, we can set it up this way:


1.- Select the 15 days that Luis has to create new clients.



2.- Select the name of the user and select the number of clients. Remember to click on Create to save the objective/aim.


Objective progress


To check on your user's progress and see if they accomplished their established goal:


Filter the dates according to the time period you set for each objective.

Don't forget to refresh so you can see the filter's results.



The column New prospect objectives shows how many "new clients" we wanted the user to find.


The column Fulfillment shows how much progress the user has made on the objective you set for them.


In this case, our goal for this user was to prospect 5 new clients. By the time we checked, the report shows they've prospected 0 clients, which is why Fulfillment is showing a progress of 0%.
