Placing orders in the mobile app

In this article, you'll see a step-by-step guide on how to place a client's order on the mobile app.

There are two ways to place orders in Handy: through the App or on the Web portal. This article will focus on placing orders through the App.

App

When opening Handy, you'll have two options. You can click on the + icon in green, which will open some options, where you can find Create Order.

Or directly on the client's card, you can click on MORE.

This will take you directly to the client's profile, where you'll click on PRESALE or SALE, depending on your operation.

Presale is an order you'll deliver in the future. It will be scheduled for later, and it won't reduce your route inventory.

Sale is an order you'll deliver at that moment, and it reduces your route inventory.

The app will ask you to select which price list you want to use. If the client you're placing the order for has an assigned special price list, select it now; if not, continue with the regular prices:

Then, select which type of order you're placing:

After this, Handy will ask you to add the products to the order. You can add them by name or by code, and you can select how many of each you want to add to the order.

In this step, you can also record product returns.

A tip for presales orders: you can use the following feature to filter your products and see only the ones currently in stock.

Once you've selected all the products for the order, you'll see a summary of your order:

You'll also see all the actions you can perform on the order:

Once you've made sure the order is complete and correct, you can click save.
