Record client inventories
In this article, we'll go over how to record the client's inventory in the mobile app, which will let mobile users keep track of what product each client receives.
To record client inventories, in the mobile app, click on the client's name, then click on Inventory:

When recording client inventories:
After clicking on Inventories, the app will ask you to select between a regular count or an adjustment:

Click on the plus sign to select which products the client has:

Products will appear grouped by category, making them easier to find and select. Once you’ve chosen the products and their quantities, click the checkmark to save your changes:

Another way to add products to the client's inventory is to scan the product's bar code. Start by clicking on the three dots located at the top right part of the screen, and click on Scan codes:

Clicking this button will access the device's camera and allow the user to scan the product's barcode. Once the device recognizes the bar code, it will display the product's name and allow the user to select the amount of the product they wish to add.
The user can see a summary of the inventory by clicking on Details:

After saving, you'll see the inventory changes reflected in the timeline:
