Require two-step authentication for company administrators via email

In Handy, we know safety is important, which is why we created a setting that will require a two-step authentication for company administrators via email.


You can enable this by going to Settings > General




When enabled for the first time, all administrator users with an active session will be asked to confirm their session via email.




You'll get an email with a unique URL. Click on this link to complete the login process:





After clicking on the link, Handy's main page will open normally.


As long as this setting stays enabled, every time a company administrator wants to log in, they'll need to complete this process.


This setting only applies to company administrators logging into the web portal. It won't be applied to mobile users, supervisors, inventory managers, or any other users logging into the mobile app.
