Restrict creation, editing, and deletion of charges to only when on visit
With this feature, you can control whether charges can be created, edited, or deleted when the user is visiting a client.
Geolocalized charges 📍
Just like other features in the Handy app, the location of charges can also be tracked.
- You can view this information in the User activity map and in the Timeline

- In this timeline, you can click on a payment and see its details:

- The specific location of the payment, including latitude and longitude, can be viewed by clicking Download on the Payment report page.
👉 This can help you have greater control and traceability of where payments are being completed.
Enable the setting ⚙️
Go to Settings > Clients > Permissions for mobile users in the app. Then, enable the following setting:

This setting works similarly to the existing setting for orders, but applied to charges.
- If enabled, the user won't be able to create, edit, or delete charges unless they're actively on a visit with the client.
- If disabled, Handy will behave as usual, without any restrictions on charges.
💡 This setting is disabled by default; it's up to the company administrator to decide whether or not to enable it.
Mobile app 📱
When this setting is enabled:
- In Android devices, the Payments button will be disabled if the user isn't currently on a visit.

- If the user tries to register a payment anyway, the app will show a message with details about the restriction:
