Route closure using an Excel file

You can fill in information about warehouse loads, shrinkage, and vehicle loads using an Excel template that you can download during the route closure process. This file comes pre-filled with the products from your route, and you can edit the quantities as needed before uploading it back to complete the route closure.

The Excel file has the following format, and only the columns highlighted in green will affect the products currently in the route:

You can download this template by clicking on Close with template, then clicking on Download sample template:

Only the Shrinkage, Received in warehouse, and Load on vehicle columns are editable:

You can add amounts in decimal format.

Once you have filled out this file with the amounts corresponding to your route closure, click again on Close with template, then click on Upload template for closing. Upload your Excel file, which will update the route closure information.

After successfully uploading this file, click on Close to finalize the route closure process.
