Schedule compliance
When clicking on Visiting calendar, you'll be able to see your scheduled visits, which you can filter by date or user:
Each card (square) represents a summary of different categories:
Scheduled visits:
This is the total number of visits you've scheduled for the user you've selected. Each time you schedule a new visit for this user, this number increases, and if you delete visits for the user, the number decreases.
Scheduled completed
When a user completes a scheduled visit on the assigned date, this number increases. If it's at 100%, this means that the user has completed all their assigned scheduled visits on the correct dates.
Unscheduled carried out
If a user visits a client they didn't have scheduled for that day, then this number increases. This number refers to all visits that a user carries out without them being scheduled and assigned to them on that day.
Scheduled not carried out
If the date of a scheduled visit passes and the visit isn't completed, this number increases. This number represents the number of visits the user didn't complete in time.
Scheduled with date flexibility
Sometimes, a user might schedule a visit where the client doesn't care what day they're visited, as long as the visit happens within a certain week, month, or year. This gives the user flexibility on when they carry out this visit. This number represents these special cases. If we're looking at the time range where one of these visits was carried out, the number will increase.
Why does the "Scheduled with date flexibility" box show a number higher than 100%?
This may be because the user made more visits than scheduled to a client on the selected date. We recommend reviewing the scheduled and completed visits in detail by week to identify which client was visited more than planned.
