Schedule visits using rules
This feature is an easy way to program visits based on the user's zones.
Go to Visit schedule:

Then, click on + Schedule visit, and click on Schedule visits using rules.

You'll need the following information:
- Day of the week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, etc.)
- Zone
- User
- Clients and prospects / only clients / only prospects
- Visit duration
You'll need this information to fill out the fields of this screen:

Important information:
- A user cannot be assigned two rules on the same day, meaning a single user cannot be divided between multiple routes in one day.
- It's not possible to program a rule where the selected zones add up to more than 100 clients.
- When a user is disabled, any rules assigned to them are automatically disabled. To reactivate a rule, you must assign it to another user.
- When a zone is disabled, it’s removed from any assigned rules, but the rule itself remains active.
- If all zones assigned to a rule are disabled, the rule will also be disabled. To reactivate it, assign one or more active zones.
- The order of visits in the schedule is determined by client seniority, so older clients are prioritized. Remember that as long as all visits are completed during the day, they will be considered valid and complete.
Visits created using rules are not programmed immediately. Every day at 4 am, Handy will review any rules you've filled out and will program their corresponding visits.
