Scheduling visits individually

This is one of Handy's most important features. You can program visits to know which clients your users will visit and when.


As the administrator, you can control visits, see if they're completed in time, view what results they have, and measure the outcomes of route sales.


This option is available to any user under the role of administrator or supervisor. From the web portal, you can program and consult visits.




There are two ways to program visits in Handy: **Individually **or in Bulk using a template. This article will go over how to program visits individually.



Individually


  • Click on the Visiting Calendar



In this screen, you'll see many features:


At the top, you'll find the Filters, which you can personalize according to what information you need to analyze, either by date, user, etc. Don't forget to click on Update to see the changes made by the filters you selected.


In the center, you can see indicators, which show you the general metrics of completed visits, incomplete visits, scheduled visits, and unscheduled visits.


At the bottom, there's a traditional calendar, in which you can see the visits you've programmed for the month.




To program a visit, click on + Schedule a visit




This will open a window where you can add the necessary information:




In case you want to set a recurring visit, it's important to add the following information:


In this example, the visit will repeat every week on Saturdays, and will stop being scheduled after 6 months.




After filling up this information, click on Create.
