Send a copy of the order to the client by email
Do you want your clients to have a copy of their order? Handy can help you with this, and in this article, we'll teach you how to do it.
In the web portal, go to Settings, and select Orders. There, enable the setting called When capturing an order, send a copy of the order to the client by email.
To define which address will receive these emails, go to the client's profile and click on Edit. Then, select Emails and click on + Add. Here, you can type in the client's email address:
Once you've added the client's email address, you'll see a table with the address's relevant information, such as creation date, last update, state, and whether it's enabled or not:
