Send message to all devices

On the web portal, you have the option to send a message to your users' devices:




The company administrator can send messages to their mobile users. This is a one-way communication channel, so mobile users can't reply to this message.




Even if the mobile user has their mobile device in silent mode, Handy will still send the notification with sound and vibration, ensuring the user notices the notification.

The message will show on the device even if the Handy app is closed.



The notification will appear in the device’s notification tab and in the app’s Activity section:
