Summary per salesperson
It's important for administrators to keep track of their salespeople's performance. But it's equally important for salespeople to be aware of their own performance and know how they're being evaluated by their supervisors.
This is why we created summaries per salesperson, which they'll receive via email, allowing them to self-evaluate using the same information their supervisors are using. This is especially useful for salespeople who ask for feedback.
These summaries will be sent to mobile users, however; you can also have them sent to supervisors, as they also do some field work and may want to know their metrics and performance. To do this, enable the setting "Include other supervisors from the same areas in supervisor summaries".
To activate summaries per salesperson, go to Settings, then click on Notifications and enable the following setting:
