Syncing the mobile app

Syncing helps us send information from the mobile app to the web portal and vice versa, helping us keep the two connected.

TIP: We don't recommend syncing too often, as it may drain your device's battery.

Syncing is very easy. Go to Profile in the bottom left corner of your screen:

There, click on Sync:

If the syncing process is working correctly, you'll see this screen while it's loading:

The Handy app and the web portal constantly send each other real-time information when the devices have a good internet connection. If they don't, they will automatically try to sync every 3 hours.
