Visit's results

The results of field sales operations are important to evaluate your sales staff's performance, analyze the market, and optimize routes. They also help you make informed decisions to increase sales effectiveness.


These results impact your visit metrics, and they're manually selected by the user once they finish each visit.


To define the visit results, you must go to the "Visit results" menu, located in the main menu on the left side of your screen.




Here, you'll find some preset results, such as:


🟢 In this case, the options Registered sale and Payment completed indicate a positive effectiveness and are marked YES.


🔴 However, Contact not found and Visited without sale indicate a negative effectiveness and are marked NO.


You can modify these results to fit your needs best.


To create a new one, click on "+ Add". This will display a text box where you can assign your new result a code, a description, and the possible answers.

Here, you'll also define if it's effective or not.



🟢 On this same page, you can set up if a result is linked to a form, which will be shown to the mobile user at the end of the visit, and they'll be required to answer.

Results can be edited later by following this same process. We recommend synchronizing your users' devices to update the registered data.
