Why do visits sometimes take a long time to register?

Sometimes, the device can take longer to get the location provided by Google Maps to Handy. This can happen because there's no good internet connection or because of poor service. Sometimes, the building's materials can interfere with the device's reception. We suggest looking for a clear area with good reception to make this process faster.

IMPORTANT

Another possibility could be that you're using your mobile device to share internet via hotspot. If this is the case, the mobile device will take longer to get the location and register the visit. Disable this feature, and your location will be obtained much faster.
