Zones

Zones are a crucial component of Handy's operation. That is why they need to be set up concretely and objectively.

A zone can be either a geographic space or simply a grouping tool. They allow you to classify clients and generate filters for information analysis. Zones are designed to separate clients, who will eventually be assigned to specific users.

To assign a zone, it's important to understand what you wish to see or determine.

What's the purpose of the zone? To separate all sellers so that each of them can work only with their own clients.

In other words, if you have a certain number of clients that are not in your determined zone in Handy, you won't be able to interact with or generate leads with these clients.

Categories

Categories are another grouping tool that can be used to separate clients and analyze their activity. For example, you can categorize your clients by wholesale, retail, etc. You could also categorize them as private, government, NGO, etc.

To analyze the information related to the sales and activities related to your clients, you can filter them using these concepts.
